If you are a resident in a Hood & Company property, we want to make sure your home is maintained
and that maintenance emergencies are dealt with quickly. To help us do this, please follow our guidelines
below. If a maintenance request IS an EMERGENCY, call our office during normal business hours at
501-622-3131 or 870-534-6483. After hours, please call 901-212-6908. If you require maintenance that
is not an emergency, please complete the Maintenance Request Form and we will process it as soon as
possible. Remember, an emergency is anything relating to the property under the lease that is
threatening to life, health, or extreme damage to the property and cannot wait until the next business
day for repair. Hood & Company retains the right to determine the status of maintenance requests.
When we visit your home to perform maintenance, our contractors will ALWAYS make their presence
known to you before entering. Please rest assured that we will do everything we can to avoid surprising
you in your own home! Regular maintenance is scheduled between the hours of 8:30AM and 5PM
Monday through Friday. Please be prepared for our maintenance personnel to visit you soon after you
